So the lady that took my order was really nice she was a little nervous about the request to paint a princes doing a backflip into a bounce house surrounded by ponies. She got it perfect. So perfect that we couldn’t eat the cookie cake. It is now sitting on our mantle for everyone to enjoy. It was a little sad that we couldn’t eat this work of art, but that’s not her fault. Awful store. I feel so badly for the high schoolers they employ to have to continually tell people they don 't have stock and they can 't do something, because the owners honestly are terrible. They just changed management too... the previous owner was a cheap a and always had shortages of everything. The new one is a multiple-franchise owner and doesn 't seem to pay any attention. The service and the lady was almost as good as the cookies lol would recommend to my friends!
Just had a delightful experience buying cookies! New owners are extremely friendly and even offered to bake a special batch of cookies for me. I will definitely be going back, my son said these are the BEST cookies he has ever eaten.
Words from my seven-year-old: Best cookies and ice cream shop ever. And they are very nice people.
