I ordered food through Doordash but the driver never arrived to deliver the order. I was issued a refund and asked to pick up the food myself. The manager, Lisa, was extremely kind and offered me a free meal, even throwing in a dessert. She handled the situation with sincerity and provided the best customer service I have ever received. The server at the takeout window was impolite and inefficient. I will not be coming back to receive this type of service again.
2 stars only to eat because nothing was wrong with eating. it was the setting of the server dams that triggered this review. first missed the person who took our order, 1 burger, instead of 5 he only got 4 and since we don't get the magic I didn't know. but he was kind and smiled all the time. After I got fourth burger and the french and got rid of, I said, 1 more burger missing, she stared at me, torn the srcpt from her side of the counter and bam! just tell me 4. I was on the way she did that, and said ok I'm buying 1 more. I paid and she said wait for a few minutes. ok. I called again, made the burger, I said I can buy a big french, no big french? ok then 2 regular fringes. she has applied for it and 1 of our group came to get a ghost's sauce. she only snapped for nuggets, but I already gave u his ok this time and gave 1 more. I asked her if she could charge me for two more EXTRA sauces. she goes for 4 sauces. I got confused cuz I just wanted 2 extra, she's going, you've got 2 ahead, seriously? they gave them without saying that it would cost me extra. my god, the way she was talking to me for extra sauces that she would have denied us service....and, as she was so entertained, I would also add that she had zero expression on her face when she served us and that counted that she smiled when she served us and smiled at us all while we served him. Does that mean she has something against us that you smile since the time she came to make our order? we never had problems at other harveys locations. only pathetic.
Waited 55 minutes today for an order that was placed online and provided me a pick up time. Was supposed to be ready at 5:20PM. Got to the drive thru at 5:17PM and waited until 6:15PM to receive my complete order. And then another couple minutes for my drinks. And then I get a “sorry for the wait”
