Just dropped by while strolling along the water and had an ice cream. Perfect for a warm afternoon. Which they had a place to put your ice cream cone while you are struggling to get right change out of purse. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Burgess Refreshments:
Stopped for a cheeseburger and chicken burger and a drink. Had to ask for a straw or cup with drink. Burgers were cooked well and had a bit off the toppings. Nothing special but filling. Close to water outside tables too close to garbage dumpster. View all feedback.
We stopped before the ferry to pelee and on the way to home when we loved the riders! great service and a friendly smile
It was terrible that the owners were very disrespectful for me and my family, they called us names and curse us while we ate our food. would not recommend this place if they want to be iced.
A great place for a stop during a long journey, on a hot summer day. service was friendly and ice was great.
Great ice shop! great service and the prices are very good. we have often visited the burgess because we do not live too far. sad to say a little later, they had a fire and have been closed since then. we really hope they open before the snow flies.
Burgesses is located at the approach to the Pelee ferry,and they serve Nestles ice cream and some hot dogs and sausages. No surprises, but it's handy and reasonably priced.
