I ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl and was disappointed to find only one tiny strip of chicken in it. I requested shredded cheese but there was none on the bowl. The lettuce and tomato were also lacking. It was frustrating to discover that there was no manager working over the weekend and none available until Monday. My girlfriend and I were denied entry to the restaurant even though there was still plenty of time before closing. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu, as the lady serving us struggled to understand my request for a sidekick. After some confusion, she managed to make the Italian Aioli sidekick but did not know how to make it correctly. Additionally, they only had one sidekick sandwich bun available. When I changed my order to a 6-inch Great Canadian Club, it was made like the Italian Aioli sidekick. Instead of requesting a replacement, I accepted it, but unfortunately, it was not enjoyable due to excessive sauce and not being the dish I had ordered.

The Subway restaurant did not answer their phone. I called three times with a 15-minute gap between each call.
