I've been a frequent customer for 4 years. If I had left a review 2 years ago, it would have been 2 stars, but I am delighted that the management here seems to have greatly improved. What User doesn't like about Taco Cabana:
Manager is usually great. The five 16-year-olds she's caring for are enough. The order is often wrong in a small way. Check in detail for sauces and fill your containers (e.g. Quiso). Food: 4/5 View all feedback.
This taco cabana site is a full joke. I've eaten a lot here when I live directly on the street, but I'm not joking, my order is wrong every time. I expect it literally when I come here. It's ridiculous. Staff are always incredibly rude, no matter who it is. If you don't want meat, they'll give you meat. If you order Burritos, they will give you Tacos. I know it's fast food, but at least I expect what I pay. The food is always dirty. If you order enchiladas prepare to open the container at home via paper towels, because it will get anywhere. They're throwing it sloppy and calling it a day. Management has to take a long time.
This situation is usually good. But not that day. The food was terrible and I love Taco Cabana so that it says a lot.
We were not greeted at all when we came in. Stood on the counter for some time employees only looked at us how why you keep here about their business. When I finally came wave someone could not have a menu. Or tell us what was on certain articles after we saw it on our phones. The staff was very sloppy and unprofessional. It was very unpleasant to be there. There was no total number if the order was placed only after a card. They sell steak fajita but for some reason it could not put it on a salad. The chicken was very dry. There is no sauce in the dining room, no napkins look like they're closed. Gentleman supply food do driving-thru people complained every time he went out and swing the food around in the bag not really safe in what form it was. They started as if they didn't want to be there and they definitely didn't want you there.
I've tried this place before. Food was cold, couldn't chew the meat. Never go back to this place. Cashier was very pleasant, but others in the restaurant did not act as if they took care of a customer or not. Maybe they were hoping you would decide somewhere else to eat. In the future I will
Love this location! Usually go for breakfast tacos, but went for lunch and to get a dozen of their tortillas so good! I got the shredded chicken cabana bowl and it was amazing! This location always has great service and the food is always great. Not all locations are the same. Highly recommend this location 45 South at FM 646
