The nice lady at was working there was super nice n lovely I don’t know her name but she had a 3 butterflies on her four arm
Is it customary for an owner to hire someone put them on the schedule and not take their new hire paperwork and identification. Even when reminded by the employee several times that the paperwork is in hand and ready to be turned in for the owner to state they will get it later serval times but never take it. And in return for poor managing does not pay the employee that worked stating they there hire information was not entered so no check will be issued and state is was like they were not even employed. So, in short employee gets hired works and tries to hand in paperwork for the owner to basically state you worked for free and there is nothing you can do about it. If you hire someone and they work for you and your managing skills are lacking as an owner, you still don’t have the right to refuse to pay a person for doing a job. On top of that you demand that person that you are not paying to return the uniform. If they were not your employee, why were they issued a uniform. Personally, you should get the uniform back once you make it right and pay the person that worked for you. Don’t know about everyone else but I will never make a purchase from the franchise again if that is how they treat employees.
