However, I ended up waiting in line for TEN MINUTES. The moment it struck eleven, the cars ahead of me started moving, but when I finally got to the order screen, I was told, “Sorry, we’re closed.” I couldn't believe it! I arrived before closing time but didn't even get a chance to place my order.

There nice at this location and are always in a good mood. They are ones for diversity and all speak English well.
However, I ended up waiting in line for TEN MINUTES. I arrived before closing time but didn't even get a chance to place my order. It was frustrating to watch the people inside wait to serve the car at the front of the line just to refuse service to me. The staff on duty that night really dropped the ball, and I believe they should reconsider their customer service skills. I have no intention of supporting McDonald's again, regardless of how good their Big Mac may be.
This McDonald's offers outstanding customer service! The morning staff is amazing. I've been using the McDonald's app for years and just learned that my name appears when I order. The person at the drive-thru even calls me by name, which is a nice personal touch. They are all very friendly and consistently cheerful. As someone who works in customer service myself, I can truly appreciate how they go the extra mile.
Everyone at McDonald's usually has great customer service with no issue, but with this recent experience the customer service was horrible. The assistant manager could not comprehend that I used my rewards app for frappe chino. She argued that I still had to pay even after I gave the first employee the rewards code with no problem. Finally, she called her manager over and her manager was able to use her intellect and realize that the I redeemed a free frappe from the rewards app. Hopefully, in the future this assistant manager will grow her intelligence and comprehension skills.
Its McDonald's. The service and food are decent. I do wish they were more consistent about bringing the curbside meals out in the bigger bag all together though. It makes it so much easier to carry inside.
