Marinas Mexican Restaurant Bar

I leave almost NIE a star rating, but this place managed to do it. I was here on two separate occasions and the second was much worse. For the first time, it took a long time to get my food. Our server was also a manager and told us stories that, although funny, were not family friendly at all. He was nice and gave us a voucher, but BEWARE, they don't honor this voucher. I came back because my wife was mexican and we decided to give this place another attempt. I tried to give them the voucher I had been given less than a month ago, and was told to them that they did not honor them. I tried to talk to them, but I was just released and said it was just too bad. Wouldn't I be incredibly hungry? ve has simply deleted my order from the principle. I do not recommend this place because of the terrible service. The food itself was decent to write nothing home, probably 3-4 stars, but the service brings it clearly to 0 stars. It was terrible. Take your business elsewhere and check the rest of the reviews that say the same thing I say.

Worst service ever!!! Two adults given one menu. Asked waitress for another menu. She said sure; we never got it. Asked for more chips and salsa. Waitress said sure; we never got it. Got our food, had no salsa, had no chips, had empty glasses, and never saw the waitress again until she brought the bill. Then, she set the paper bill in the water on the table where the water glass was sitting and put the glass (dripping wet from condisation) on top of the bill. Picked up the paper bill, and the water was dripping from it. We waited over 10 minutes; waitress never came back to get my credit card. She did however come visit all the tables around me. I had to get up and pay with the hostess. Worst service ever. Will not be going back.

1st time here Margaritas are so good the food was good too but my shrimp could of used some seasoning. Also not a big fan of the salsas the chips were seasoned n I liked that.

I had my baby shower there recently and the wait staff took very good care of us. The food was delicious and the outside area was perfect for my event. Highly recommended. Family friendly.

The service was great! Our order came out very quickly, within 10 minutes. It all smelled appetizing, but the refried beans were a bit runny, as is seen in the picture. The food on the brunch menu is a bit pricey, while the food prices on the dinner menu is comparable to other Houston-area Mexican restaurants. If you like sweet tea, you'll have to add sweetness. Their flour tortillas are really good, but the chicken isn't very flavorful. I would recommend this restaurant if you would like to try a place that you've not tried before, just so you can make your own opinion.
