Chili's - League City

The food was good, the service was great. I was disappointed in waiting, while a waitress of several times went. But after we finally sat, everything was good.

Service was GREAT!!! Eating decent, drinks alittle weak, mask required to the table then you can take it off, over all a good time. Toilets were clean and we will be in stock

It was great to be back! We haven't been here since March so there was definitely a craving for some Chili's. We were seated quickly, our server was excellent, and the food was delicious. I've stated this in many reviews that I will save a fifth star based on multiple visits. This first trip back in seven months is one of many more to come! Thank you for still being around!

I ordered the chicken-crisper salad, which was almost $14, and was told that I couldn't have a third piece of chicken because it was too expensive. The manager, Gearmoe, was rude and unhelpful, showing a lack of concern for customer needs. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience that could have been easily resolved if someone had listened. After having to repeat my issue four times, I finally spoke to the general manager who was able to assist me. It was clear that the staff would rather give a refund than try to accommodate the customer's requests. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory and had a disappointing lack of communication and customer service.

The restaurant was average. I felt like it could have been kept up better. The sausages were disappointing, but the steak was satisfying. The Margarita drink was terrible.
