Although the food is usually quite good, we've experienced issues with missing items in our order for the past four visits! Today, we were shorted one of the sides. The staff is friendly, but it's definitely a good idea to double-check your order before leaving. I think it's time for us to consider going to Popeyes or another place instead. View all feedback.
Yeah, it's overpriced, but that's all today. I love the chicken strips and the spicy taste can give them a run for their money! the gravy and maschkaduen are great!
I love everything I had from there. eating is always hot freshly tasting. I drive from a few other chicken places (an @2 miles from home) because I would rather have their! I also love that they can buy a gallon from their tee, because it is also delicious.
This Chicken Express boosted me!! My meal was given to me and I drove home. Nothing crazy right? Then I open the box and my sides were gone! Missing rolls and everything! Half of my fish was gone too. My chicken thigh was a mere tiny nugget. Do not waste your money just go somewhere else.
This place gets 5 stars because the service was super friendly, polite, no hesitation to meet customers needs... not to mentiin the food is AMAZING!!! Great proportions and choices of some good ole comfort food!! Also the environment there was very clean and not crowded plenty places to sit, and was a great place to beat the summer heat... thanks u guys for making for a great customer experience, and making some tasty food... anyways 5 stars
I didn’t even make it to the restaurant I called and asked “yes ma’am, I would like to place an order to go with a family meal with chicken tenders, what types do you have” The manager told me what do you mean we had chicken tenders and I said well yes I want to know what family meals you have and she goes will you asked what types. And I said OK well I meant what kind of family meals do you have with chicken tenders. She said that’s not what you asked but we have… And continued to name off the quantities of chicken family meals that she had. That was the first red flag! The second thing was after she told me all of that she needed to put me on hold and I said well I wanted to place an order to go she said yes but we are really busy and I said yes ma’am but I’d like to place an order to go and she said OK but you need to be put on hold so that you can talk to the to go person “OK no problem”. The to go person gets on the phone and isn’t much more friendly and once I asked what sides they have she got annoyed that I asked and said well we have lots of different sides and I had to ask her again to name them off to me . Then they said it would take 30 minutes for a to go order for me to pick up from the store. I told my husband about the customer service and we canceled our order
