The beet salad was outstanding, made without any added sugar. The lamb chops were exceptionally tender and flavorful, reflecting the chef's expertise. However, the service can be a bit slow due to the continuous stream of customers, so be ready to relax and take your time. One suggestion for improvement would be the quality of the tap water; currently, the only option is Pellegrino. It would be great to have additional choices like bottled spring water, as some diners might prefer alternatives to city water or sparkling water.

Every dish we sampled was delicious, particularly the appetizers, which included burrata with truffle mushrooms and crispy potatoes. The drinks were outstanding as well. The amount of people that attended was unexpectedly large, but everything was perfectly handled. The service was smooth, the food was delicious as always, and the staff was very friendly. The staff was profession... read more We had an incredible dining experience at Treeline Kitchen tonight with friends. The restaurant was elegant, beautiful, and very clean. The staff was professional and friendly. The highlight of the evening was, of course, the delicious food. We couldn't resist trying multiple dishes, and every bite was perfect. The drive from Vail was definitely worth it for such an amazing culinary experience.
