Horrible service, I booked my friend in for 4 days. I am getting married Saturday, so I had my head wrapped around all the things I had to do. I forgot to write down our reservation for the motel. The motel didn 't send any email or call to show that I had made the reservation. There were so many motels around the place we were at, and we couldn 't remember where we had the reservation at. It was really a pleasant outing they were so friendly at the resort and the people were so friendly we went swimming and we went catfish and they even like my dog the room is clean very pleasant and quiet we had satellite TV in the room had a nice air conditioning we really enjoyed it and we plan to go back
Very nice resort to stay next to the lake, We met the owner very nice lady, I highly recommend this place.
I booked my friend for 4 days. I married Saturday, so I had my head around all the things I had to do. I forgot to write our reservation for the motel. The motel did not send an email or a call to show that I had made the reservation. There were so many motels around the place we were, and we couldn't remember where we had the reservation. We made it for Wednesday to Sunday. They called us on Thursday. We asked if we could still have the rooms for the rest of the time we had made. she laughed and said it was not sick to give someone else and then hanged.
We stayed in the Fisherman Room at the Diamond City Lakeside Resort. Loved the theme and took us back in a time, very nostalgic! It was perfect for the weekend. Had a full set kitchen with all the utensils and pots and pans you need, refrigerator and freezer worked just fine. WiFi worked well and there are TVs in both rooms. Air conditioner in the bedroom was icy cold, very needed after being out in the humidity and sun all day. AC unit in the living room did not work too well, blowed mostly hot air we did let the hosts know and they offered to fix it right away. But we turned it off, and just kept the bedroom door open and that was enough cooling we needed. Katie and Adrian are so sweet and great hosts. Already looking forward to scheduling this trip next year! Until next time Bull Shoals, as always, so much fun!
We loved our stay! It was our 10yr Anniversary (married) We enjoyed the weekend on the lake we will definitely be back! The host was so nice and got back with me asap with anything I needed... the people was so nice! Y'all check it out! #Aug2020
