Piccadilly Circus Pizza - Le Roy

This was the only open place we could find to eat. There were two sweet girls working and they advised us and made our food to order. The food was good. It's quite interesting; it is really kind of a convenience store building but functions as a sit-down restaurant. There was an unmanned bar inside. Attached was a little ice cream counter and souvenir shop. It's just such a different culture to this city girl, and I loved it.

I ordered a taco pizza, but what I received was completely different. I called to inquire about the discrepancy and was told they were out of tomatoes and that they usually use plain chips instead of taco chips. I would advise against visiting the Park Falls, WI store.

I stopped by hoping to grab a quick bite, but aside from burgers and pizza, the menu was almost nonexistent. I inquired about the chef salad, and the young woman at the counter sighed and told me, "I have everything but the eggs." If she had offered to add extra ham, I might have considered ordering it. Instead, I just shook my head and left.

In this small town, I had the best pizza I've had in years. They really know how to make pizza here, loading it up with plenty of cheese and toppings rather than focusing on the crust! While other places emphasize the bread, Piccadilly Circus Pizza puts the spotlight where it belongs: on cheese—lots and lots of cheese. It was absolutely delicious!
