Extremely slow service. It took over 25 minutes to get through the drive through (about 10 people ahead of me when I arrived). The breakfast sandwiches have tasted like cleaning chemicals multiple times. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered a vanilla late and it cane iced not how i asked, this isn’t the first time this dunkin has failed to get my order right. It seems the management is always poor. Given the fact thats it was not busy they should not be lacking this hard as a fast food store. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Extremely slow, very poor customer service and very understaffed. Waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches and 2 simple drinks. Also did not have things that were on the menu. Very dirty place. After waiting way too long they still did not get the order correct. They ignored everyone at the counter while we were trying to order. Slowest dunkin in America! Service: Takeaway
This location is horrible! They charge a $1.00 if you want butter on your breakfast sandwich. They never have the croissants for your breakfast sandwiches. Today, I went in and I stood in line for 7 minutes before the manager asked the young man to get the counter. I placed my order just for them to tell me that the croissants were still frozen. The person that was in front of me waited 11 minutes to have her order taken and she finally left. The person behind me was there for less then 5 min. and he left. All they care about was the mobile and drive- thru orders. Poor Customer Service !!!
