I discovered this unique gem while looking for restaurants near our Airbnb. The French onion soup and spinach salad were excellent! The chicken pot pie, which is their specialty, was delicious, but I was surprised there was no bottom crust, and the top crust was more like a large wafer. The staff was attentive and kind, and the place has a fascinating history. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. If this restaurant were closer to my home, it would definitely be a favorite, but I still had a wonderful experience. All the food is homemade, and although we didn't try dessert, the list sounded very tempting.
