La pâte est fine comme il le faut pour pas que ce soit bourattif et que l'on sente bien les ingrédients. La sauce est préparée avec attention, c'est pas la bouteille de coulis vidée à la va vite avec un poil de sel. Je suis toujours reçus avec le sourire. Je vous le conseille vivement
