says open on the internet, the closed reader, door of the open structure, the staff sees us sitting but does not come to tell us that it is closed, result waiting 15 min in the void. when it is closed, closed doors also, and informed customers. View all feedback.
2nd pass to the drive in a short time, I went by the drive to go faster, it's missed more than 30 minutes of waiting each time. There is obviously an organizational problem. Too bad I'm not coming back.
Last time I went to that Mc do this noon. We ordered at 1:15, 2:00 always nothing. Like the 20 people who were at the counter to get repaid, I ended up going too. I'm being told that my order can be reactivated immediately, okay if not too much waiting again. 20 minutes after nothing... scandalous. In the few customers served, those who arrive last get their order faster than those who wait for 1 hour. I ended up claiming a refund, we left without eating. The cause? Computer failure. Okay, it happens. But in this case we PREVIOUS customers, we don't let customers order for nothing, we put a word on the door! Run!
The service of this noon was scandalous. Tens of people were waiting for their orders at the counter and for some more than one hour waiting. For my part I ordered at 13:05, what was my surprise in the face of this non-professionalism, finding that at 13:50 my order was still not ready. When you have a job and you can't wait indefinitely for your order to arrive. So I had to leave without my order. I find that the word fast food does not correspond to this establishment. Well, I think it's a good idea. Quentin.
I go regularly to this mcdo but the experience of this noon discourages me from returning. I order at 1:10, I have my kettle to eat on site but I don't get any tickets at the order terminal. I'm waiting until 13h50 without any sign of my order. I am therefore obliged to leave the place by having lost 15€ and a few and without being able to return there to make a claim since the terminal gave me no ticket.
Mc do to run!!!! We ordered at 12:15 We received our order at 1:10, unfortunately the return tray in kitchen everything was cold, I recommended the same menus and waited, where I was shocked, they had at least a dozen trays full of menus for the trash !!!! Command can be left to the customer's eye!
