Enchanting property (includes the villa, the park, slick bungalows, and a quarter-mile lakefront), restored in recent years with exquisite taste and philological attention to the territory and the past of the house. Superior boutique hotel in everything, from the common sections of the villa to the bungalows (recommended); from art (graphic and sculpture) to cleaning; from the garden to the restaurant (a must-go by itself). Impeccable staff. Great management. The legendary Rhätische Bahn stops right at the gate and takes you upstream or downstream in an instant. Who could ask for more?

Well-renovated and well-kept hotel from the Art Nouveau style (no idea which era exactly, just older). Clean rooms, but no longer invested. It was fine for one night. Great location right on the lake and lots of charm in the adjacent garden. Enjoying the terrace when the weather is nice is certainly a dream. Delicious breakfast, extensive and super nicely prepared buffet. The service for coffee and egg dishes, however, the staff was not very attentive. We waited quite a long time until they cleared away or asked for a next wish. Otherwise very friendly staff.
