What Augustin Moreno doesn't like about Bar Restaurant la Halte du Pre Chabert:
slow and unfriendly. the workers ignore them when they go outside, then when they go to order, they are really rude. would not disturb to go there, better place! View all feedback.
At the base of the slope there is a lot going on in this area. Plenty of inside and outside tables that offer table service. Big hearty meals are available or just snacks. Service is very friendly and it is the perfect place to relax after making it down the slope!
Best choices were the dishes of the day served in huge portions with a choice of veg and potatoes. Children's meals also pretty good.Salads are a bit overpriced for what you get - would be nice if they had a salad bar.Coffee rather expensive.Service friendly.

This great restaurant is located on the foot of le monetier les bains not far from the lifts. it has self-service and table service sections in the interior and there is also a cabin outside the terrace where they get hot snacks in the form of...paninis we can try the table service in one of our visits and it was very good. pleasant personal and good eating. I had her prawn risotto, which had about four or five very fresh king prawns, and while I guess that until the time of the scaling it was not a huge amount of meat, they were very delicious. the risotto was also beautifully flavored. some of us shared a carafe of home-white wine, which was refreshing. all seemed satisfied with what they had to eat and drink, and we were 26 € per person for the bill we had a varied choice, so it is difficult to evaluate. at another opportunity we ordered paninis from the cabin outside and sat on the large terrace. the type she made was a bit character, singing with to his radio and seemed happy with his work. the paninis were also tasty, along with a common part of the pommes frites (it is a big part.) paninis and chips were each around 6 € from the store. toilets didn't seem big enough for the amount of customers but at the time I used them there was no waiting. a few different ways to eat and we were satisfied with every opportunity.
It was hard to get a place around 1.45 clock and the place was cured. but as soon as they have chosen a table, they can wait for the self-service that takes about 20 minutes. that's the part, but up. a dining room on the hang. Once we had dinner, it was delicious. many decisions and all made fresh. also not badly paid, but again, 14 euro for an omlette is ok on the pisten. I wouldn't pay that in town. large selection of desserts and salads too.
