La Table D'owen - Le Mans

Visited here several times over the years I've been coming to Le Mans. It's just of the main square so a bit quieter and inconspicuous, away from the pizza/burger joints.Staff welcoming and friendly, including Le patron who is always smiling and cheerful. Broken French conversations with him are good fun! Food always great and good value, although only choices from a set menu during Le Mans. Can recommend and will be back next year.

Have come here three times as a group when visiting Le Mans. Food is to a consistent and high standard and service is always with a smile. Staff here are lovely. Made a special trip into town to try the recommendations on the menu. Snails served on steaming hot platter, prawns absolutely delectable! Desserts Came here last year and food to the same high standard and prices very sensible. Cannot understand why this restaurant does not have a higher rating. Just off the main square down the hill on the left hand side down one of the side streets. Will definitely return!
