This establishment, once very well-known in Le Mans, is no longer as good as it used to be; the service is subpar (I recently waited almost 40 minutes on the terrace). The menu, however, is very good, especially the lunch menu. They really need to improve the service.

Salted butter with the half baguette would have been even nicer than unsalted. The croque monsieur and omelet were both excellent. The vegetable stir-fry was delicious.

It's a shame, especially considering the price of the cocktails. And to top it off, the Margarita glass was completely stained. We've had much better elsewhere in Le Mans.
