As expected, we returned to the "Aux delices du Prieuré" on Sunday noon to change the week menu to 15 euros and enjoy the gourmet menu. we were not disappointed! The very tasteful lobster was decorated with a delicious sauce. We have especially enjoyed the staple and especially its vegetable tian (the chef must have a secret). As for dessert, the association rhubarbe and chocolate mousse made me regret to be in public and not be able to lick the plate. The boss who takes care of the room is of a good contagious mood. This is the first time that in a restaurant I am taken to refresh it in the fridge before serving a white wine (it was a quincy: the sauvignon was a fruity ....)Today it is the table of the best value for money I know in Indre-et-Loire.
Exellent meals and very refined.....be good accomodation and beautiful setting. We'll be back with family.
We've come with family for a birthday. very good reception and very friendly service. The dishes are excellent with products from the region and the season. pleasant setting. Nothing to say, or to return.
For a week menu at 15 euros I did not expect to find dishes worthy of a gourmet restaurant. I don't know what the chief put in his duck terrine but she was excellent. as to the thigh of pinetade served with small wild mushrooms and the purée of small peas, it was delicious. I'll go back to a weekend to test the gastronomic menu.
