We have visited Paris on a couple of occasions and found it difficult to find gluten free restaurants. What Sharon K doesn't like about Hippopotamus:
Hippopotamus restaurants are part of a chain but they are certainly worth trying. The beef is good quality, the service is efficient, and the restaurant is warm and cozy (especially nice on a chilly, rainy day). What a pleasure to every one we go, my wife and I. And sometimes we see the "animator" at the Toulouse accent: Mathilde!Patrick.
A chain, not very glam. That says the staff is very nice. Effective...The dishes are generally good. I didn't like Thai salad. a lot you too vinegary has my meaning, and given the price proposed it sucks.
I took a caesar salad, very good, the meat was excellent roast. I missed the basil or the pesto :)
Well inside we are not serrated to eat impeccable service and we thank the charming and dynamic waitress at the accent of classical south-quality, we eat well without discovering the original sour original
Finally a hippo where one is not tight against each other as in the canteen! more service is irreproachable
