Tired, wet,... read more Orchids in the window and the clean, brightly-lit cafeteria style restaurant provided an inviting contrast to the dreary, rainy cold of early April. Tired, wet, and cold, we were not too optimistic about finding vegetarian options, but Coq Co had menu options that went well beyond our expectations. The sweet sour soup warmed us up nicely and the main course of bobun vegetarian noodle bowl was tasty. Consisting of rice noodles, pieces of spring rolls and sliced vegetables, there was plenty of variety of both flavour and texture. We even received a fresh salad, free on the house. Located a few blocks from the Kremlin station on the #7 Metro line, along the #131 bus route, Coq Co is easy to find, and worth searching out. Note that while I indicate this is a mid-range priced eatery, that is in European terms. It might be considered on the high side of mid-range in North American terms. Look for the orchids in the window.

It's five minutes walk from work, so it'll be at least once a week I'll go. Question quality/price is really good too.
