warm welcome; friendly, a fresh good-law cuisine in an ideal setting. the bosses, thierry and pascale as well as their help are of a friendliness as we are totally at ease. We're really good at home! View all feedback.
What Antoine Lacombe doesn't like about Le Chatillon:
quite correct dishes for an altitude restaurant, a pity that there is no more effort to offer local products on the plates. Example: why not put savoy cheese in hamburgers rather than insipid cheddar? pleasant service, medium slate ( /- 40€ for 2 drinks dishes): why not, it will always avoid going down to the village. Here two days, as the staff and the service were so good and so inviting. fair standard alps menu type, but the quality of food was excellent and the attentive service made this a great place to lunch. the frankfurters were great and the others. had done a lot of things that were all amazing. to stop a rewarding lunchtime!
Came to drink every day and lunch here. perfect location for a meeting point on the pisten. recommend the chips and the burger! more beautiful place
A good restaurant with fast friendly service had the suppe of the day and friites no complaining of me a pleasant lunch and would return.
Ate here a couple of times in July. Have eaten here many times in winter and summer. Can be crowded in winter, but service is always friendly and fast. Great value and good food.
Local mountain tasty cuisine served on the terrace in the sunshine. Plat du jour and plenty of dishes for younger people. Very good for non-skiers as you travel up from Le Grand Bornand in Le Rosay cable car 1,000 metres and it is just across...the piste. Service was a little slow but what was the hurry. They have a high turnover of diners. Cold Genepi with coffee was a nice touch.
