Burger King - Le Gardeur Canada

I just got here it says open, however drive through closed and inside the employees were probably on break but the whope counter was closed and I was on my break from work and this was a waste of time... not pleasant

Very slow just kids working and very unorganized, plus don't eat in your car or outside thinking your going to throw your trash out ...why? NO GARBAGE CANS anywhere on location. But food was ok.

BK is undoubtedly a classic in the fast food world and one of my favorites. While I don't frequently indulge in fast food, it's exciting to have another option in the Repentigny/Lachanaie area! This could change anytime, though!

It was just okay. I had hoped this Burger King would be an improvement over the one I occasionally visit in Montreal-North, but it turned out to be disappointing. The food wasn't hot when it arrived. I ordered a whopper trio along with the jalapeño cheese poppers, but there were only five pieces, and two of them were stuck together. The service was incredibly slow; I ended up ordering through the BK mobile app while I was still in line. I understand that they are newly opened and might be struggling to find good staff, but still. Additionally, there was no English available anywhere. I get that this is Quebec and French is the primary language, but it would be nice to have a little bit of English for tourists.

Round 1: The Whopper, fries, and poutine were tasty. However, the Whoppers were a bit cold. Considering the current challenges in staffing, the service was still excellent. We placed our orders through the drive-thru, and the service was quick and friendly. Just a note, we visited on a Thursday around 3 PM. We hope to see improvements and would definitely return to check on those changes.
