What Anjali Rogahn doesn't like about Les Halles:
in this restaurant there is no menu. only a map that evolves with arrivals, markets and seasons. the 6 clams I ate in the entrance were excellent but 6 clams hold in 1 tablespoon which makes very little for an entrance. Then the fish gratin (which was not gratined but grilled) was good. I didn't take dessert, the ones I offered didn't like. balance: positive side flavors, rather negative on the ratio quantity /price.... View all feedback. What Patrick Hardy likes about Les Halles:
here no map but slate suggestions, what a good idea! the guarantee of a fresh and very hearty meal! It's rare! I loved the chef's kitchen! bravo. fresh and seasonal products, a mix of flavours from the market, a pure treat! The artichokes gratinated a delight! the bavette and its excellent roquefort sauce and dessert. Then the desert. this whipped cream, meringue and red fruit. A murder! I highly recommend! Thank you...
