I would have given it 6 stars if it were possible! The pizzas were excellent, and Hervé and AnneSo very kindly hosted us and introduced us to the spirit of Cantal. We were lost 2 hours on foot from Claux, and Hervé offered to come and pick us up by car. An exceptional experience! 0 commercial sense. Pizzas ordered the evening before as requested by the restaurant, we arrive at the scheduled time, nothing ready, the order is forgotten, he tells us.
