My 21-month-old son loved my plate he ate as long as he loved it. Thanks to the whole team for this pleasant moment.

Prices are very affordable and the kitchen is of quality. It is a very good value for money and the staff is very pleasant. I'll go back with pleasure.

The restaurant is as most in the village mainly fish and seafood based but always with a broad range of other options including meat dishes. Frequented by the locals it’s a gem of a place. You can mix and match between the bistro set menu and the estran set menu to get dishes that appeal to those not wanting to eat fish (one of family is not a fish eater) so better than many restaurants. The menus offer amazing value for the excellent quality of the food. For mains had steak with a seaweed butter and beautifully cooked vegetables, ray with a raspberry and peppercorn sauce and sea bass with a sesame crust served on a stunning risotto with a langoustine sauce. Staff are super friendly and will speak French with you but if you need them to speak English I’m sure they would. The interior is air conditioned but we sat outside under the trees which was beautiful. Rose wine and cocktails were fab too! If you are in the area pop in and book and eat here you will not be disappointed.

Reserve on time and enjoy the friendly place with wonderful menu. We went on Sunday afternoon and had a lovely time. Recommended !! The hospitality and service was great, we felt very welcomed and well received as if we were invited at friends’ house. The owners are very friendly with warm smiles and very accommodating for a child. The food was delicious with many different options and mix and match of various menus, it was perfect!

Although I had seen the restaurant was in the top... read more We ate here on my wife's birthday after walking around Chateau d'Oleron and not finding a suitable restaurant. Although I had seen the restaurant was in the top 10 on TripAdvisor we came across it by chance. From the very helpful waitress, who explained the whole menu in excellent English, to the wonderful food and good value for money it turned out to be the perfect birthday meal. They even put a sparkler in my wife's pudding and gave us a glass of very good sparkling wine.

A meal taken in a superb atmosphere, a service of very good quality with very wide smiles. Thanks to all the restaurant staff to allow us to finish our holiday on a very good note.
