Tout d'abord on est accueilli avec simplicité, sourire et gentillesse. Le décors est particulier avec la devanture qui annonce un "Tapissier" mais que les actuels propriétaires ont voulu garder pour conserver un peu de charme à la française.La terrasse est petite mais charmante et même si l'on est pas assis sur de moelleux fauteuils on y est très bien sous sa treille de vigne.Les mets sont d'une finesse remarquable e... One of the best Japanese restaurants in france offering quality family cuisine. Every time I come on the coast I go to kashiwa.
One of the two best real Japanese restaurant on the coast the azur, can be even from france. barely has a few tables for rare privileged. There's another one in monaco, at least as good, but much more expensive. stars for a Japanese restaurant but in food category I would have put stars that is to say as much as I put to some Michelin starred restaurants. If you like Japanese cuisine or if you want to discover it, you must absolutely go.
Small restaurant in which to have a table is worthy, understandable in view of the quality and care provided to the meal. saké tasting, excellent raw fish (liche and wolf), smoked eel sushi, excellent apricot. Everything was delicious. We'll come back to it once again. the restaurant is not given but the experience is worth the cost/cut.
You eat well in this Japanese family restaurant, or the cook with silver hair cook in the view of the guests. He is his wife who serves in the room. very good Japanese cuisine, and if you understand that you pay a little more than normal for fish that come out of the ordinary, for just slices of fish cooked in a good sauce, without a vegetable to accompany, it is a little expensive.
