I'm a little mixed. The staff were very pleasant, we can't blame them for that. However, you should put in place a procedure for customers who travel with medical treatments requiring compliance with the cold chain. On the day of departure we lost a lot of time because our ice packs could not be found by the staff. we left the hotel with the ice packs of another customer, then called back by phone later to tell us that they had been found and to proceed with the exchange....nothing serious but we had an appointment that we We almost failed and I didn't like the idea of leaving with someone else's equipment instead of mine, out of spite. Despite everything, the error was corrected and the young man at reception did his best despite the lack of information that had been left to him. Concerning the cleaning of the room over 2 days, it was not done apart from the beds... for 100eur per night we hope for at least a quick clean in the bathroom and change the dirty floor towel... The same goes for the shower gel... at this price we won't ask for any at reception when showering... We stayed in a 2 star hotel just before and the room was perfect from one day to the next, and our ice packs were well labeled with our name for departure.... We always come back to the same observation, it's the small establishments that don't look like much that work hard for their customers and to keep their business going while the big hotels that will never go out of business are content with the minimum to much more expensive, it’s a shame!

Stayed 6 nights here while on a Rail Discoveries trip to the area. A budget hotel, large bedrooms all with a small balcony, beautiful location by the river. Breakfasts are adequate and dinners were good. Staff were excellent. Swimming pool on roof terrace was OK but it's all the same depth so no use to non swimmers under 5'6 . Well stocked bar at reasonable prices. Wold definitely stay here again if in the area. Rooms: 5
