A subtle and mastered cuisine, a delicious meal, a totally deserved star.
Very surprised by this 1 star establishment in Michelin, the frame and in its juice. But the kitchen surprised me. The lobster has a just cooking and the other surprising dish. I am an accustomed to the big star 3/2/1 star table across France! This table has feasted on me. I recommend this establishment not for the frame but for its kitchen that deserves its star. Overall, this is not a good value for money. There wasn't enough service staff with my empty and unfilled wine glass for more than 10 minutes during the meal. Our empty plates were not cleaned for more than 10 minutes. The food is good but the crab cake contained pieces of shells. The staff didn't even apologize and said it was unbearable. Good cuisine and impeccable service. However, the hostel is very poorly placed, in the middle of a crossroads with a lot of traffic. A small courtyard adjacent to the inn is a parking place.
