We return to each hollow passage to the hostellerie of the burg ofhem and we have never been disappointed. quality, service, unbeatable view. I'm very surprised to read negative opinions. In the years, I finally knew the bosses. They're holding two of the establishment. They don't just cook, they also grow. passion smeared to the body. And for this to work in this small hamlet, it is that they are sacredly good! We have memories with family and friends memorable and unmatched. I rarely publish my opinion but some negative comments seemed unfair to me. My opinion is not based on a meal but at least 15.
