We returned from Salagou and fell by chance on this restaurant on the A9. This is a delicious place held by nice and discreet people. A shaded terrace organized in small spaces, open to vineyards. No noise from the highway. As with the cuisine of simple grilled products from the Aveyronnais terroir that the chef presents before making them. And it's very good, including accompaniment. Forget the restaurants! Get out... View all feedback.

Nice setting but catastrophic reception and service. They all swim in 1 glass of water, make reflections in front of customers and Josephine waitress in the west. She has more of a head to easily enjoy the great wines of the region than to be effective in her work. Our impression on arrival was the good one. It brings us salads that normally are included in the menu while we didn't order anything. After 40 minutes waiting, I ask her if the salads are available, she tells me not all surprised and I tell her that it can't be the salads on the menu since we didn't order anything. We're still waiting 10 minutes and then she's taking the order. At the end of 10 minutes we come to show us the raw meats we chose to cook them in braise by asking for the cooking we wanted. The problem was that it wasn't at all that we chose. The cooker came back 3 times with different meats and it was never what we had chosen. This time we decided to leave because we had the road to go home. The cooker in front of his braises tells us that it is soon ready!!! I told him it couldn't be because he didn't know what we ordered. I think he also between the great Larzac crus and his braises, he had to have a little warm in his head with his 3 hair discolored in blond.... I told him that we couldn't really wait anymore, what he answers us, good way!!!! And the Josephine to say, you have to wait your turn!!! Here's the mood, go if you want the show and if you have an afternoon to lose!

Good kitchen but very long service: 45 minutes to have a carafe of water and bread and 15 minutes after the aperitif. Question rate one menu at 25€ but super quality.
