After a recommendation from the hotel where I lived (La Groirie). I was greeted very accommodating and, from the records du Jour, I was absolutely enthusiastic about the food. Simple, but nicely cooked. Starting with a deep-fried mozzarella ball served on mushrooms and peas, going to a pollen served on a bed of braided leaks with a chorizo crumb and a mussel sauce. The missus and I had a fantastic dinner here a month ago. We returned 2 days ago and my meal was nothing like what I had a month ago; rather tasteless. In France it is difficult to find a restaurant that offers low carb, vegetarian food and L'épi'Curieux does offer such food.
