The service took so long for taking th... read more We went to Oreste Restaurant this week and it was a huge disappointment. We were 5 people for dinner on a Thursday night. The service took so long for taking the order, like 20 min after we arrived without any attention. Afterwards, the food arrived very late and it was really average. I ordered Rombo Fish, and it was taste less and not nicely done (overcooked or it felt like), I definitely had much better than that. The guests with me had other fishes, and all commented nothing special, really not worthy the waiting and the money spent for dinner. I will not recommend this place. 2 hours dinner for one main course , unbeliavable! Never Again. Its one of this fancy place at the lake, pretending to be niche and elite, but in reality the whole experience was much worse than a simple and friendly trattoria.
