As a business, you have to make sure that whoever answers the phone is polite and knowledgeable. The person who spoke with us when we ordered ahead of time (for pickup) had no clue about the menu. She made a mistake on our order and was not at all accommodating. Half of the food we ordered was decent, but the other half was meh. They gave us old bread.
