My whole family agrees, this is the best roadhouse in the nation! We have eaten at 17 different Texas Roadhouse locations in 6 different states and this is consistently the best. The owner operator, Able Botello, is a fantastic manager and guy. Its servers, seats, managers and kitchen staff are all top Notch. We eat here at least once a week because they take care of us. What Alexia M doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
When we came in my mom order sweet tea and it was watered down. My mom order road kill she wanted it well done and it came back pink and med rare. My boyfriends spoon had a piece of old cheese on it. And my moms green beans had corn in it. When we asks the manager to fix it and she said that she would have the cooks through the food back on the grill. Great experience! Kyle was a waiter and he's an old school waiter! It took us amazingly. Was attentive, friendly and funny. This place has mastered it for a remarkable experience! Get up! Great time, great food, great experience!
Steaks were delicious. The waitress was great. The manager came by and asked if everything was fine... Great (fast) service. We originally went to Roosters in Layton. We sat for almost 10 minutes without placement. That was our 16th anniversary dinner. We decided to go to The Roadhouse as we always had a good service. We were not disappointed. Thank you. Roadhouse for being the fantastic place that never disappointed...
I have to say they have the best customer service and management team in the city. We had a problem with our food and they didn't even hesitate when it came to help us. Will definitely be back for food and staff!!!
Texas Roadhouse never fails, rolls steaming hot, food was superb, service excellent Thank you Amy) I loved the T shirts that the staff wore, commemorating our Veterans Thanking our Veterans for their service!
