Old food that took forever to get through the drive though then when we complained the management took zero accountability or responsibility for their store. Offered to only replace the bad fries if we drove back right then for our troubles lol it’s that kind of unprofessionalism that makes you get these kinds of reviews! How simple it would have been to be kind, take responsibility for your poor food service in a food service industry! Shame on your management skills!

Food tasted pretty good, flies everywhere though. makes me wonder how many are in the back where the food is prepared…

Different crew everytime you go in there. Total chaos and to top it off, the gal at the front counter says, we are running out of chicken because we have no cook! Gentleman behind me wants his money back, because he's been waiting 45 minutes. Whomever is running this KFC seriously needs to get it in check. It's a mess! And, it been a mess for good while.

I went in to buy dinner for my family… 30 minutes later I finally got my order. When I got home starting eating the food was cold. The gravy was running like water and tasted horrible. The chicken tenders were under cooked!!

How can I say this nicely? The place dirty and the employees are worthless. Go somewhere else to eat.
