The staff was friendly and helpful!But, the bag of whole bean I got was roasted way too dark and is quite bitter. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between this coffee and any supermarket coffee.This was surprising to me because they appear to be a specialty coffee roaster from the outside. Ordered a chai charger with almond milk. I’m not exaggerating to say, this was the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. The coffee was bitter and bad and the chai was weak. Couldn’t drink more than a few sips. Wasted $10.
The girl working was so friendly and helpful, I got a frappe and it was amazing! i will definitely be going back :
Excellent service, and I do love the taste of their coffee. It can be a bit slow, but that's a result of customers' complex orders.
