The place was not busy, there were only two other customers but the service was exceptionally slow. When the margaritas eventually did come they tasted like they were made with salt water, nearly undrinkable. The server didn't bring out more salsa for most of the meal and never did refill our water. She also declined to bring the tortillas that came with the meal. The fajitas had hotdogs in it. Hotdogs. I can say without a doubt, I will never go to blanquitas again.

Delicious authentic Mexican food, refreshing margaritas, and friendly customer service what more could you ask for?? Our entire family enjoyed every dish we tried and that is something that never happens with picky eaters. We will definitely be coming back!??

Food was not great, service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was almost empty, and they would not honor the wasatch savings, claiming they had no idea what it was and they didn't sign up for it. We waited 20 minutes while out waitress checked with multiple people, all who said they wouldn't honor it. We ordered anyway but then were disappointed with the food in general. I contacted wasatch savings which is a coupon book I paid $30 for and they said every business voluntarily signed up and has had adequate training so there is no excuse as to why they claimed they had never heard of it. It seems they want the advertising the wasatch book brings without honoring their end of the agreement. I don't like giving bad reviews because reviews are everything to a business' success these days but this was such blatant dishonesty a bad review was warranted in this case.

We went into the restaurant not knowing what to expect, as they were newly opened. What we found was delicious food, great prices, excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere, including live musical entertainment on certain days and a full bar. (They make a crazy, delicious Horchata Margarita) We are considered regulars by the staff now, and we love dining at Blanquitas. If you go there and give it a try, tell Sierra, the manager, that are there because you saw this review. She 's amazing to her patrons.

Good food and service. They have nightly specials at a good price. Recommended if you are close.
