The owners have done a fantastic job in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the pub, making it a lovely spot for an evening out. It’s a beautiful venue with a great vibe, and it's run very well. My only personal preferences are that I’m not a fan of the bushy beer (I don’t think they quite hit the mark with it), and I’m not keen on karaoke. However, if those aspects don't bother you, I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful time at this establishment.

Beverley, the manager, is incredibly pleasant! The people here are really nice. It's a fantastic spot for a drink in Laxey! I can't wait for the new seafood restaurant and accommodations to open.
Boston beer is great. It's been refurbished since I was last there, not to my taste as I'm an old fogie. I'll go back in better weather to have a pint or so sitting outside by the river.
