Taco Bell - Lawton

I have just my order of two bright and outgoing employees called xavier and malena (not sure off spelling). I felt like my order was taken by a friend. they seemed very real, and their personality/property is definitive enough to win me as a regular customer.

The Taco Bell has the best fast food workers! I really hope the franchise owner invests in these employees because they deserve to be well compensated with great benefits, bonuses, and incentives. Jeremy Ross, who worked yesterday, provided exceptional customer service. Out of all the fast food franchises in Lawton, this one is definitely the best!

The teamwork here is commendable. I was in charge for 55 minutes, and a coworker mentioned that the manager has more staff working during the day than at night. Whoever made that scheduling decision really missed the mark. It shouldn't take an hour to get through the drive-thru. We were stuck behind other vehicles and couldn't leave. Update: It took us 40 minutes to get our order, but I have to commend the staff—they were very nice throughout the wait.

It seems that the level of intoxication among patrons lowers their expectations of each other after 10 PM. When I attempted to order an extra item at the counter, I was informed that this was against policy. So, I returned to the line, only to discover they were closing. I was under the impression that they closed at 2 AM on Fridays. However, I was still able to pick up an online order shortly after. Just look at the food they gave me! It was terrible. They couldn't even fill the drink properly!

If you like being asked if you want sauce with your order, and then not getting any in your bag- this is the place for you! Literally 9 times out of 10 they'll ask if I want sauce and I'll tell them I do, only to see that they've sealed the bag up with NO hot sauce lol. Just a heads up, check the bag before leaving the drive thru. Doesn't help that they can't get an order right to save their lives either.
