Red Lobster Lawton

I would have given this restaurant 5 stars, but I had to cancel my lunch due to an issue with Red Lobster. As a result, I missed out on earning points on OpenTable, which I needed to maintain my existing points before they expired in a few days. When I mentioned my OpenTable reservation to the hostess, she looked around and said she couldn’t find me, but eventually located my reservation in the system. I was concerned when I checked today and saw that she had marked me as a "no-show." Our waiter, Malcolm, would remember me because we had a funny bet where I claimed to be twice his age. If you’re dining at Red Lobster in Lawton, be sure to check your points the next day, as they might have the same issues I encountered.

The seafood was expertly prepared and the flavors were fantastic!

We've visited Red Lobster locations across the country, but this is the first one where we walked out as soon as the hostess greeted us. She was rude, clearly irritated by our presence while she was on her personal phone, and had a personality that could be described as lifeless. It's disappointing to see so many employees lacking pride in their work and basic respect for customers. I cannot recommend this location at all.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered raw fish for my grandma, and it was unacceptable; her potato was hard as well. The waiter claimed she would be smoking, and we waited a very long time for our food. There were also constant mistakes with our bills. To make matters worse, the waiter even chased us around the parking lot! I highly advise against coming here unless you're looking for raw fish and a chance of getting sick!

Not too bad. This was my first time dining at this location. It wasn't very busy, so we were seated right away, and our food was served quickly. My steak and lobster were cooked to perfection. We'll definitely return on an all-you-can-eat night next time!
