I was searching around for some Italian restaurants and I came across this one! I have to say the food was so delicious and the service was awesome! The food didn’t took long and the garlic bread was good! The prices on the menu was very reasonable compare to other places! I love the atmosphere and the place looks beautiful! What James Gibellin doesn't like about Milano's Italian:
The food is good but the amount of times they messed up my order FAR outnumbers the times they’ve gotten it right. When they charge me an extra $3 for extra sauce on a pizza (which is typically free at most places) and then not only not give me extra sauce, but lite sauce is wild. Wonderful atmosphere, great food, decent price, and incredible staff! I was very happy to find that there is a good Italian restaurant in town and ecstatic to find out that it is so great. I ordered a 12inch thin crust with Canadian Bacon and Pepperoni, I also got some spicy olive oil to drizzle on the pizza(try it, very good) The pizza was a little thicker than I wanted but still very good. Looking forward to trying more dishes from here in the future. Definitely recommend a visit!
Excellent food, excellent service! If you enjoy Italian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit!

First visit was amazing! Atmosphere was very clean, comfy, and adorable. Staff was absolutely awesome, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely a new favorite place!
I was visiting family and they suggested Milano’s for lunch. It was a great suggestion. The bread they bring out is delicious and the service was great. I ordered a tossed salad with house dressing. It has a marinara sauce mix to it and was great. For the main entree I had the Chicken Calabrese which had some nice heat and wonderful flavor. Next time in Lawton this place is on my return list.
