The last time I ordered a bowl from KFC, the chicken pieces were bigger than my finger. This time, however, they were some of the smallest pieces I've ever seen—just eight tiny bits. I won't be returning to this chain. Additionally, the employees were rude to my wife, which is unacceptable.
We have 10 million of those who have been on the way, and the GIRL has helped us to wait more. I wanted her to be a big deal that puts on the MANAGER and a COUNTRY. That was a man who took care of the SERVICE. And two EMPLOYE, who were there, look at what felt and laugh. I know I didn't need to eat one. And LEFT.
The KFC on Lee is terrible. I try not to give bad reviews but this place was terrible. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the 2 people that appeared to be employees argued with a customer. Next a man comes in wanting his money back for his food. They see him ahead of me. I finally get to order after 30 minutes. They were out of the 1st 2 items I wanted. We left and went to KFC on cache. It's pretty good . It's worth a visit if you like kfc.
It amazes me that this place is still open, rudest people in Southwest Oklahoma I swear. The manager is the rudest of all the staff. Waiting to order, no one was there, simply said hello after 5 minutes then the manager said we 're busy you need to wait or leave No one told us they were THAT BUSY, and there is a polite way to say that. The wait is ridiculous it can be no one else there you still gonna wait 20 minutes. I would not recommend this store to save my life!!
The food is standard fast food like KFC and Taco Bell—nothing exceptional. However, the service is where this place falls short. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive our food, which was just okay. Perhaps with a little improvement in efficiency and speed, it could be a decent spot. Interestingly, it wasn't busy at the time; there were just us and one other customer in the restaurant.
