Friendly Donut Shop - Lawton

I visited this restaurant while in town visiting family and was thrilled to see that my favorite donut shop was still open. The building had been renovated with a new look, but the donuts still had the same amazing taste.

Friendly donuts indeed! One review said maybe best donuts in the world. This is not the case, they were good though. Fresh and filled good. It's great to be helped by such a friendly woman behind the counter. The name says it all!

I absolutely adore the charming donut shop, even though I do not know the names of the owners. I believe there is a husband and wife duo, with the wife being especially kind. The other day, I arrived only 15 minutes before their 1 o'clock closing time, and although I almost had to sprint to get there in time, the wife kindly waited for me. She is truly sweet, as are all of her family and friends who work there. Not to mention, they have the most delicious and unique donuts around.

The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the range of options, from cake donuts to kolaches, is the highlight of my visit to Lawton.

Loves this mother donuts! donuts are my weak, but these are only at a favorable location and it is so hard to buy more than a dozen. every time someone does not work, it is always from this place. also loves their burritos and breakfast sandwiches. service is great and very nice.
