Prices went up in past two weeks. Lobster tail meat was size of giant prawn shrimp. Obviously out of water for long time before cooked because they start loosing meat size day the get cought. This wasn't my normal location so I wasn't used to slow service in empty restaurant. View all feedback.
What Jem Resano doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Edith was a terrible waitress. She was biasly attentive to a party of 3 people that was seated after my party of 2. They were served biscuits and an appetizer before us. We had to ask for our biscuits and she did not even apologize for not bringing us any. Then she forgot to serve us parts of our meal. Not only that but our shrimp skewers were both charred. This is the third time I've visited this location, and there won't be a fourth. The decor is dark and drab, and the atmosphere is that of a wake. Service was nice enough but slow. Easily the worst Red Lobster location I've ever been to.
Usually pretty good, but we came inside at 8:02 and the hostess sighed heavily, said she'd be right back, then came back and refused us service. She said it was because the kitchen wasn't taking anymore orders. You should adjust the hours or retrain the staff.
Calamari was on point!! Atmosphere and service is very nice as well.

Waitress threw our to go order up on the shelf as if we inconvenienced her!! And spending over 100.00 on my family and we basically paid for sauce on our Cajun chicken Alfredo!! WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD EATING HERE!! VERY UPSET AND DISSAPOINTED.
