Sbarro - Lawrenceville

Brotstaus were obviously cooked from frozen. the help asked for different. do not go to this place. read other comments. worse place.

I was trying to buy a pizza for my kid here because I saw noone was in the line. I waited a bit for someone to come to the front. A young tall man with glasses came and just looked at me. I said hi Hi! He didn't say anything just looked at me. I was expecting a hi what can I get you?. So I asked, Do you talk He just said So are you going to order something? I politely told him to nevermind and walked away. To me good customer service is important so I don't understand why it is so difficult for some people. I worked in customer service. No matter if you are having a good or bad day you must always provide your customers with kindness and respect. After all the customer is the one paying the business you work for to pay your salary! Please be considerate of your customers in the future.

Sbarro is new to this mall. The food is good however the customer service could be better. The man has attitude and the woman seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. They are packed with people and there are only two people working. Now you know why the man is with attitude and the woman with no clue. I tries purchasing a soda only moments after I order my food. She said I would have to go all the way to the end of the line if I wanted to purchase a soda. I took by business elsewhere so I will continue to go the the Sbarro in Mall of Georgia where they have much better service and full staff.

I came in with my wife and two kids. Lady in the front sang my daughter a Happy birthday. Came to find out after speaking with her she was a Assistant Manger. (Ola) Great customer service! I strongly recommend this restaurant. They seem new to the Mall. Highly impressed with the customer service my family received.

Girl working the front was very rude. Pizza tasted good but will never go back because of this beatch.
