Person says she's a manager and won't take a valid coupon, but when I used a coupon a couple weeks ago it was fine with no issues. Literally one of if not the worst service I've seen

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive-thru, only to find that the bottom of the... read more I visited this hybrid restaurant that combines KFC and Taco Bell. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive-thru, only to find that the bottom of the sandwich was ice cold. When I went inside to request a freshly made sandwich, I witnessed a man scolding a younger employee for not heating the food properly before serving it. Unfortunately, when I received a replacement sandwich, it was only slightly warmer than the first one (the foil was just a bit hotter this time). This was my first time trying the highly touted Spicy Chicken sandwich, and while my experience was disappointing, I’m willing to give it another shot at a different location.

We went to the one in... read more I'm giving 2 stars because the girl in the drive thru was very sweet and the food tasted good. I'm just not sure what has happened to KFC. We went to the one in Suwanee during open hours and it was closed. Then we tried the one in Lawrenceville on Buford drive and it was open. Dining room locked so had to go to drive thru. We waited. And waited. And waited. Cars behind us in line left and we still waited. It took about a half an hour with two cars in front of us. As we were at the window I counted at least 5 employees inside, 3 were looking at their phones and not really doing anything. I'm wondering how long before they go out of business. I probably won't return to any KFC in the future because it's just too much trouble.
